1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, we cannot cancel the order. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
We only offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Damaged, Defective, or Spoiled Products: If you receive food products that are damaged, spoiled, or defective, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receiving the product). We will request photos and details about the condition of the product, and upon verification, we will offer a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Items: If the items you received are incorrect (wrong product, flavor, etc.), please reach out to us within 2 days. We will arrange for a return and send the correct product at no additional cost.

Missing Items: If your order is incomplete, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will arrange for the missing items to be sent to you or offer a refund.
3. Return Process for Food Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for food products unless they meet the conditions mentioned in our Refund Eligibility section (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
